We are an independent organization that offers supplemental education, resources, and support.

The National Center for Federal Benefits Counseling was established to address a widespread and persistent challenge: many Federal Employees lack a clear understanding of their benefits and how to effectively utilize them.

Our experienced professionals go beyond the limited capabilities of traditional HR departments—we dive deeper, equipping Federal Employees with meaningful knowledge, clarity, and answers to questions they may not know to ask.
