  • For your convenience, this session is conducted over the phone with plenty of time to ask questions. The call generally takes 20-30 minutes, depending on your individual needs. In order to respect your privacy, we do not require any sensitive or confidential information.

  • If possible, we recommend having a recent Leave and Earnings Statement and an estimate of your TSP balance available for your call. Retired federal employees do not need to provide a Leave and Earnings Statement.

  • Absolutely—we understand that planning for your future may involve more than just you. Simply let us know at the time of scheduling if you’d like someone to join the call, and we will be happy to accommodate.
